Can you believe we’re almost done with City of Ashes??
For those just joining us, Stephanie over at Books in the Skye put together this year-long Shadowhunter read-a-long, and I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of it. We started in April with The Infernal Devices, and we are now reading the second book in The Mortal Instruments (my favorite!).

This Week’s Questions
Q1. Valentine offered Jace a chance to save everyone he loves by joining him. We find out the Jace refuses his offers and chooses to fight along his friends than to join his dad to “guarantee their freedom.” Would you make the same choice?
A1. This is really difficult. However, if I truly believed it would guarantee their safety, then I would probably go with him.
Q2. Imogen is convinced that Valentine will trade Jace’s life for the mortal instruments even though Jace tells her his life if nothing compared to the sword. If you were Imogen would you be willing to trade Jace for something as important as the mortal sword?
A2. No. I would never be able to sacrifice someone…
