Manuela’s Review of “Where Did The Wind Go?” by J. M. Failde

By: Manuela Soares

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This YA Horror is a perfect book to read during the Fall season. The story is told in three parts, The New Life, The Ghoul Gang, and Halloween. The New Life is from Simon’s POV, he’s new to Ravenswood, North Carolina, and comes to learn that the town is no ordinary town; it’s brimming with ghouls, but there’s something else in the woods that makes the ghouls look tame. The other two parts, The Ghoul Gang and Halloween, are multi-POVs that each add an element to the overall story in a spectacular way. The characters are well written and I love Failde’s overall writing style. She crafted a story that’s enjoyable, well-paced, filled with great lines, and is the perfect kick-off to this new series.

A massive thanks to J.M. Failde & R&R Book Tours for a copy of this to read and review.
