Mariah’s Review of “The Dryad’s Pawprint” by Laura Greenwood

I have loved all of the books that I have read by Laura Greenwood. That still remains to be true after reading my first ever shifter book. I absolutely loved this book. It was short but concise and told the story very well.

I was introduced to characters in a great way. They turned out to be mates, which was not expected from their first meeting. The way the characters were written together went smoothly and like they were made for each other. Laura outdid herself when she wrote about Lia and Kem. It is amazing how the universe works, and that showed in their story.

I really liked how it brought in all aspects of the paranormal world and how everyone has to work together, even if they are from a different paranormal council. I really enjoyed reading about multiple paranormal creatures in this book and how once a shifter is mated, they may take on aspects of their mate.

I definitely rate this book a 5/5 stars and highly recommend it if you are looking for a short read on shifters. I plan to read the whole series now that I have started!
