Top Ten Tuesday: Books I’d Want With Me While Stranded On a Deserted Island

By: Cait Marie

Given that my fantasy series, The Nihryst, involves searching for cursed immortals stranded on a deserted island, I was super excited to see this prompt! I am also the queen of re-reading, so this is perfect for me.

Except, I’m going to cheat and include series as one…

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly prompt over at That Artsy Reader Girl.

Let’s jump right in!

These Rebel Waves duology – Sara Raasch

I mean, obviously I need some pirates.

The Hidden Warrior duology – M. Lynn

My favorite retelling ever clearly has to come with.

The Mortal Instruments series – Cassandra Clare

I re-read it pretty much every year anyway, so I’ll need it.

The World Apart series – Robin D. Mahle

Maybe I could pretend to be on the mythical floating island of Levelia?

Red, White & Royal Blue – Casey McQuiston

Because nothing makes me laugh like Alex facing the Thanksgiving turkeys.

A Touch of Gold duology – Annie Sullivan

More pirates and ocean-y awesomeness!

A Court of Thorns and Roses series – Sarah J. Maas

Because if I’m going to be stranded, I want it to be with my favorite bat boys.

Discovering Me series – Ann Maree Craven & Michelle MacQueen

This series is full of happiness, and I will need my beloved Becks to keep my spirits up.

Shatter Me series – Tahereh Mafi

One of my absolute favorites to re-read, so it absolutely needs to come with me.

Ravenspire series – C. J. Redwine

Because I will need some familiar but twisted fairy tales.
