TBR Tuesday: Spring 2021

By: Cait Marie

Hello, hello! For once in my life, I am caught up with just about everything except reading. It’s been over a year since I finished a physical book because my anxiety would not let me focus enough, so my goal is to get back into them. I have literal piles building up because my shelves are full.

So, here are some of the top physical books/ARCs I want to read in the next couple months:

A Court of Silver Flames – Sarah J. Maas

Nessian is life, yet I have been too busy the last month to start reading this! Until yesterday, that is. I’m still on chapter one though. I still need to read House of Earth and Blood too.

Shadow and Bone Trilogy – Leigh Bardugo

I started the first ebook years ago, then life happened. But now that the show is set to air in April, I’m determined to binge them, so I bought the paperback boxset.

Chain of Gold & Chain of Iron – Cassandra Clare

I’m so behind on Shadowhunter books it’s ridiculous. I still need to finish Queen of Air and Darkness, read The Lost Book of the White, and read Ghosts of the Shadow Market too. I’m currently working through a re-read of The Mortal Instruments, so I will get to all those soon!

A Heart So Fierce and Broken – Brigid Kemmerer

Not only did I get a paperback ARC of this, but I also have a hardback cover. I loved the first book with my whole heart and can’t wait to finish the series!

A Reaper at the Gates – Sabaa Tahir

I desperately need to finish the series!! I absolutely loved the first two.

Kate in Waiting – Becky Albertalli

I was so excited when this ARC arrived! I can’t wait to jump in soon.

Of Thorns and Beauty – Elle Madison & Robin D. Mahle

Both books of this Beauty and the Beast retelling are now out, and I’ve heard nothing but good. I’m also already a fan of these co-authors, so I know it’s going to be amazing.

Shine – Jessica Jung

I received an ARC of this shortly after its release, and I’m so excited to jump in soon! It sounds amazing.

Noble Thief – M. Lynn

Robin Hood is my favorite story of all time. I’m obsessed with M. Lynn’s books. Yet, I somehow haven’t finished this incredible fairytale series! That’s changing ASAP.

Infinity Son – Adam Silvera

This ARC has been sitting on my shelf for over a year, which makes me really sad because it was one of my most anticipated of 2020. I’m so ready for Adam to destroy me again. It’s been a minute.

What are some books you’re hoping to get through this spring? Any new releases you’re really looking forward to? Let me know below!
