*I received a free advanced copy of this book for my honest opinion.*
This is a standalone romance, however, I recommend reading the first book, Kiss Me Not, before jumping into this one. It will give you a better look at the some of the other characters.
Cait’s ARC Review of Kiss Me Not
When a personal photo is accidentally sent to Reagan, she doesn’t react like most expect. She compliments the guy, then strikes up a conversation. Noah, the tattooed firefighter of her dreams has never met someone so upfront and honest as Reagan. They become sort-of-friends through texts, thinking they will never meet one another.
Then Reagan’s apartment catches on fire. She’s rescued from her burning home, carried to safety, and wakes up in the hospital to find that her rescuer was none other than Noah. Now, he’s real, not just in her phone. And things get pretty hot as they’re draw together.
This book was so fun! Reagan is so feisty and her blunt honesty adds to the amusement. I really love that there wasn’t any issues between her and Noah. While I do usually prefer the enemies-to-lovers or forbidden love tropes, having such an easy, meant-to-be relationship was refreshing. The chemistry was very apparent, and it all just felt natural.
It was also hilarious. I swear I snorted so many times while reading. Her great aunt is obnoxious, and I love it. Emma Hart has a very easy-to-read style of writing that keeps me entertained throughout. There’s never any lag.
I’ve really enjoyed these first two books, and I cannot wait for the third! If you like romantic comedies, definitely give this one a shot!
I love Emma Hart’s romances 💙 they’re always the perfect blend of hilariously funny and adorably sweet! I’m definitely adding this to my TBR. Lovely review Cait! 😊 Jen
