TBR Tuesday: New-To-Me Authors

I have a bunch of new books on my TBR lately. I’m hoping to get to them soon, but we will see what happens. Here are a few by new-to-me authors!

Daughter Of The Moon Goddess by Sue Lynn Tan

This has been on my TBR for a while. I love planetary and universe folklore, so the title intrigued me. I’m excited to read it soon.

Belladonna by Adalyn Grace

I have heard nothing but wonderful things about this series. I started it and once I found out she has a special connection with Death? I was obsessed.

Burn For Me by Illona Andrews

I was recommended this author by my sister. They are a husband and wife writing duo. I love writing duos, so I’m curious to read it.

Daughter of the Pirate King by Tricia Levenseller

I’m obsessed with pirate stories and there aren’t many of them. I’ve been hearing about this series and author for a few years now. Time to see what adventures await in this book.

Trial of the Sun Queen by Nisha J. Tuli

I’ve heard about this book for a while now. As I’ve mentioned before, I love planetary kingdoms and political drama, so this seems like it would be something that I would like.

Firebourne by Rosaria Munda

I’ve seen this book mentioned as another good book about dragons. It’s Young Adult and has a competition, so I added it to my TBR.

Firebolt by Adrienne Woods

I actually discovered this book while looking up the author for another book. A girl discovering dragons and fairy tales are real? Automatic addition to the TBR.

The Priory of the Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon

This is another book with dragons that has received a lot of attention. We’ll see if it’s worthy of it.

An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir

I have been curious about this series for years. I was finally able to borrow it from my local library. There is going to be a new duology in the same world in October 2024. I’m ready to start the adventure.
