What are you currently reading?
The Sun, The Storm, and The Shadows by Mikayla D. Hornedo
I’m over halfway done with this. It’s about two sisters who run away from guards after stealing from a wealthy lord. They end up crossing into the fae land Maya. The fae lands offer more than just an escape from the guards chasing them. It has good pacing and the world is intriguing. I’m excited to see what happens next.
What did you recently finish reading?
Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros (audiobook)
I decided since I couldn’t get Fourth Wing out of my head I would listen to the audiobook to see if it would help. It did not. I feel like this book will be in my rotation until Iron Flame releases. I know a lot of people don’t like it because the narrator was sick, but they re-recorded it and I still loved it.
What do you think you’ll read next?
The Duchess and the Wolf by Lydia Drake
This is a historical romance that released on Sunday about a young lady, Savanah Fletcher, who falls for the infamous “Wolf of Mayfair.” I’m curious to see how this story will unfold.
