Bloggers, don’t forget to add you list to the linky at the end!
So I’m going to be honest, I don’t think I’ve read many books with fruits or flowers on the cover. That doesn’t mean their aren’t some good ones out there, but I will be sharing the ones I think look most appealing!!
The first one I found is called A Killer Crop by Sheila Connolly, and it is supposed to be a mystery. I am 100% for a good mystery. I like to see if I can solve them before the end is revealed.
This next one brings my love of fairy tales out. It is called Fairest by Chanda Hahn. From the book cover, it looks like maybe a snow white retelling, but as I don’t read synopses before I read the book, it will stay a mystery.
So, I found a cover of a book I love and it has a flower on it. This book is called Evermore and it’s by Alyson Noel. I have read this book many times. However, each time I reread it to get into the second one, I forget to continue the series, and then I forget what happened in the first one. It’s a vicious cycle.
I am currently reading The Heir of Shadow and Stone by Rue Volley. I am in love with the story already, and I absolutely adore the cover. I’ll be sure to post a review once I’m done!
The Poison and the Paladine by Sarah M. Cradit is phenomenal, and the cover is so beautiful. I have yet to read a book by this author that I haven’t adored and fell in love with the cover.
Big shout out to Alyssa Lynn for providing me a free copy of Hallowed Trails. This book was so good that I can’t wait to read the rest of the series. I am a huge rose and skull fan, so this cover looks great.
The last book I want to share is A Tale of Pirates and Curses by Cait Marie. This series deserves so many props that I can’t rave about it enough, and the trilogy cover is beyond gorgeous.
So, these are just a few of my favorite books with fruit and/or flowers on them. Have you ever taken a step back and noticed what was on the cover of your books? Before this, I never did. Maybe something to look at to see what attracts us readers to specific books.
Let me know what your list is in the comments.
