Friday Favorites: Character’s I’d Like to Invite to a Birthday Party

Bloggers, don’t forget to add you list to the linky at the end!

So, when I think party with a lot of people, I always picture the Mad Hatter’s table where they had a tea party in Alice and Wonderland. With that being said, I may need that big table for all my characters.

First, I want to start with my favorite series of books by my friend, who is an amazing indie author and her name a Cait Marie. I want Adalina, Captain Lee, Shane, and of course, you can’t have Shane without Philip, Karey, Kal, and, of course, the whole crew of the ship.

Now that we have the pirate crew, I want to invite a group of people who are a part of an Omegaverse known as Cruel Shifterverse by Jasmine Mas. These characters are Jax, Cobra, Archer, Sadie, and Xerxes. I love all of these characters and think it would be nice to meet shifters in real life. That would be a serious highlight of my day.

The next set of characters I’m inviting are from a dystopian book series called Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi. I would invite Aaron Warner, Kenji Kishimoto, Juliette Ferrars, and even Castle.

I’ve saved my ultimate favorite series, Harry Potter by J. K. Rowling, for last. And I want to tell you that I would invite everyone but Voldemort, his closest death eaters, and Malfoy. Everyone else is welcome, even if they are Slytherin because most Slytherins are just as friendly as any other house.

I have many other characters I’d love to invite, but there is only so much room at the table and in a lawn area that I think all of those characters have filled it up.

What I want to know, for all the readers of this post, who would you want to bring to a birthday party?

  1. I love your selection of characters for your dream birthday party! It’s fascinating to see the mix of different book series and genres. If you could choose one character from your list to have a conversation with, who would it be and why? Are there any specific interactions or discussions you imagine having with these characters at your party? And if you could invite characters from any other book or series, who would you add to your guest list?
