It’s been a pattern of mine lately to read a few books at a time, so I ‘ll only share one.
What are you currently reading?
From Blood and Ash by Jennifer L. Armentrout
I am almost 30% into this book and I don’t know how I feel about it. I’m going to finish the series because I’ve heard amazing things so I bought it. I don’t know if I find the whole “eternal virgin” concept annoying because I know the lead isn’t going to stay a virgin. It’s a struggle my friends.
What did you recently finish reading?
Sun & Dream by J. Steven Lamperti
This was the sequel to Moon & Shadow. It was a good book for a young reader to start exploring the world of fantasy. The world building was compelling, but it wasn’t very complicated. You can read my full review here.
What do you think you’ll read next?
Ice Study by Maria V. Snyder
I read the Study series a few years ago, and I found out she continued them! Ice Study is the novella between the original trilogy and the remaining books. I’m excited to see these characters again and go on a new adventure.
