Seven Crowns by E.V. Everest was such an amazing read. This book starts out with Ana working in a diner and then almost getting ran over after her shift is over, then more events unravel for her to find out she is the sole heir to the seventh crown. As the book continues, you find out more about what this entails and how she has to go about being the heir on another planet.
The book started out really fast paced, which I enjoyed a lot. I love a book that can surprise me while I am reading it, and this one definitely did.
I really loved the world building that happened in this book. All of the details from how people dressed on this world Ana lived on now to how they interacted was wonderfully done. I also enjoyed how the people acted similar to humans, but they had their own little quirks.
The story flowed very well, and there was adventure the entire time throughout the book. This made it that more interesting. I also liked how, as the reader, we only knew what Ana knew, so since she did not know who was after her, we did not know who was after her. This made me feel like I was in the story, experiencing it myself.
I really loved everything about this book. I rate it a 5/5 stars and will definitely be looking for future books by this author. I highly recommend reading it.
I received an ARC for an honest review.
